Welcome to Hunter’s room!
Hunter has just turned 5 and he takes after his Mum because he likes to move furniture around, a lot, for no apparent reason.
This IKEA bed is perfect for that – it was great when he moved into it at 2 yrs old because the bottom bunk is ground level (no falling out) And it’s great now because we swap between single and bunk beds.
But enough of the bed… how good is Australian kids bed linen!!
I’ve compiled a little round-up of some boys bedding with some fantastic, creative Aussie businesses. I’m a big fan of small business and hard-working mummas who produce outstanding quality and design.
Kids genuinely get excited about their rooms and their bedding, and good, fun linen transforms their space.
With this round-up I hope to help you check out some different looks by mixing it up a bit.
Willow & The Owl I Sack Me! I Castle and Things
Shown above – so bright and fun! The Sack Me! donut bedding went down a treat with the little ones – and it is so super soft.
Also, you can’t go wrong with batman bedding and the pillowcase mellowed it out a bit with a classic cobalt stripe and five star hotel grade linen.

And the winner is…
It’s really all about the kids here and their love of their spaces, so we have created a TUBU Kids Vote for any round-ups that we do.
I suspected the winner but, it was a very very close call with the Goosebumps quilt cover. However ultimately the WINNING LOOK chosen by the boys was…
WINNERS! Sack Me! I Willow & The Owl
